MICHAEL KETCHEN PRESENTS
October 14–16, 2026 · The Artisan Hotel · Salem, NH
Get in the arena. VIP is capped at 30 seats — once they’re gone, they’re gone.
If you’re the type of person who’s ready for the next level
You don’t need more information. You need the right room and proximity to the people who’ve already walked the path you’re on.
- You’re serious about building real estate strategies that fund your dream life — real time and financial freedom, not just another course.
- You’re ready for the next level but you’re not in the right circle yet to push you there.
- You want expert guidance from operators who’ve actually done it not theory from Internet Gurus selling theory.
- You’re done playing small, repeating last year, and staying in the wrong circle. This is the year you bet on yourself.
If you just read that and felt seen...this is your room.
Get in the arena.

COLLIN ScHWARTZ
Multi-Family
Collin Schwartz
Founder, Liquid Lending Solutions & Titan Mastermind · Multi-Family
Collin was sitting in an IT cubicle in January 2017 when Rich Dad Poor Dad flipped a switch. He wrote 191 handwritten letters to property owners, landed his first deals, quit the cubicle, and never looked back. Today he owns 3,500 units and is an owner in Point Guard Omaha, his vertical integration arm. He co-founded Liquid Lending Solutions, a hard money fund that has done over $120 million in loans, and runs Acreage Brothers, a fix-and-flip operation with his partner Tyler.
He also co-founded Titan Mastermind on the belief that the most important asset in any business is the health of its founder. Building businesses — and business owners — has become his true passion.

CAM CATHCART
Single Family & Flips
Cam Cathcart
Single Family, Flips & BRRRR
Cam was a pastor living paycheck to paycheck when his daughter had a severe allergic reaction to peanut butter. The hospital bill came to $15,000 — money he didn't have. That was the moment he decided his family needed a different financial future.
He and his wife moved in with her parents to scrape together a first deal, then bought in St. Louis because Denver was out of reach. They ran the BRRRR playbook — Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat — and lived inside their first renovation while the costs blew past budget. They barely made a dollar on it. They learned everything.
That first house has since compounded into a $50M portfolio. Cam built it on relationships — wholesalers, agents, property managers, probate attorneys — and a buy box he never drifted from: three- and four-bedroom homes between $150K and $350K, no flood zones, no busy streets. As he scaled, he went direct-to-seller. He and his wife still run it as a team: he acquires, she operates.

MICHEAL Miller
Creative Finance
Micheal Miller
Creative Finance · Host, The Dead Presidents Podcast
Micheal is the guy people call when the conventional financing falls through. Twelve years in, he has built his reputation on creative finance — seller financing, flexible loan terms, alternative lending — structuring the deals that shouldn't have worked, and making them work anyway.
In the last two years alone he has purchased $15 million in single-family and small multifamily. No syndications. All of it structured creatively.
But ask what he is proudest of and he will not talk about deals. Alongside his wife, Micheal co-founded Marked, a nonprofit protecting underprivileged children in Mexico — in regions where kids and youth are actively targeted by organized crime. What began in orphanages has expanded into rural villages, reaching families with systems of empowerment before it is too late. Over the past decade, Marked has served more than one million meals to children who would otherwise have gone without.
He is also the host — and unmistakable personality — behind The Dead Presidents Podcast.
IAN BISHOP
Operations
Ian Bishop
Founder, The RevOps Coach · Operations
Ian is The RevOps Coach. He helps owners of $2M+ companies cut their hours by installing the systems that let the business grow without them — so they can spend more time with their families and doing what they love. Most of the year he lives in Maui with his high school sweetheart Bianca and their four sons.
If you're building a portfolio that owns you instead of the other way around, Ian is the one to talk to.

Zander KEMPF
RV Parks
Zander Kempf
Founder & CEO, Clear Summit Investments · RV Parks & Outdoor Hospitality
Zander leads a $60M portfolio of five glamping and hot springs resorts across the Western U.S. A former Army officer and paratrooper with the 82nd Airborne — including a combat deployment to Iraq — he bought his first deal, a $45,000 house in Oklahoma City, sight unseen. He scaled that into 23 apartment buildings, then made the contrarian call to sell the entire multifamily portfolio at the peak of COVID and go all in on outdoor hospitality: a fragmented, mom-and-pop industry he saw following the exact consolidation curve that transformed mobile home parks and self storage a decade earlier.
55+ projects in 9 years. Financially free at 27. He lives on the North Shore of Oahu, where he surfs, free dives, and paraglides most days he isn't underwriting the next deal.

MAGDIEL MATIAS
Multi-Family
Magdiel “Mags” Matias
Matias Companies · Real Estate Agent & Investor
Mags was born in the Dominican Republic to parents who taught him exactly what sacrifice looks like. His father became an engineer in Russia — and learned Russian to do it. His mother earned her degree back home and was the steady force holding the family together. They carried that work ethic to America, and it stuck.
He came to the U.S. at six, grew up in Haverhill, Massachusetts, and had his own newspaper route by twelve. He worked full-time through high school and college, became a citizen at 21, and earned his finance degree from UMass Lowell. Then he turned down corporate America to work with troubled youth instead. He will still tell you the impact he made in that job ran deeper than any deal he has ever closed.
Real estate found him when his brothers sat him down and said, “We're going in.” Manuel founded Matias Companies; Mags got his license and never looked back. When he wanted to scale, he studied what a family friend named Mike Ketchen was building — asked the questions, learned the strategy, and joined the coaching program. It expanded his vision and sharpened his execution.
Immigrant roots. Discipline, education, and service. This all carried him to build a multi-family portfolio of almost $10M.Â

It’s about getting in the arena, surrounding yourself with people who’ve done it, and building the kind of real estate portfolio that buys back your time so you can love on the people who matter most. That Changes Everything
From REAL people who bet on themselves
And who will be in the room with you!
"Mike has pushed me beyond limits I didn’t know I had. His mentorship is not for the weak. He holds you accountable, challenges your thinking, and forces you to take action. That accountability has made me not only a better investor, but a better person. Since working with Mike, I’ve doubled my portfolio, learned how to raise capital, and am now on pace to create over $2 million in value through value-add projects and flips this year. The biggest milestone of all is that next month I’ll be leaving my W-2 job to focus on real estate full-time."
— Tyler B.
“Mike Ketchen's coaching program has been a transformative experience for my real estate investing journey and I cannot recommend his program enough. His extensive knowledge and hands-on approach has provided me with the tools and confidence to get outside my comfort zone and sky rocket my real estate portfolio. Since working with Mike, we have tripled in size, went through three full cycle deals, and quadrupled our net worth.  If you want to propel your real estate investing forward, Mike's coaching is a must!”
— Bill M.
“Since I started working with Michael, I’ve gone from owning one fourplex to being on track to adding 32 more units this year, utilizing a mix of seller financing and conventional financing. This growth wouldn’t have been possible without his guidance. The biggest lesson Michael has taught me is the time value of money. His perspective on time and capital has completely shifted my approach. I now move purposefully, knowing that time is my most valuable asset.”
— Magdiel M.
