October 14โ€“16, 2026 ยท The Artisan Hotel at Tuscan Village ยท Salem, New Hampshire
Organizer: Bet On Yourself Education Company, LLC ยท Last updated: 7/13/26

1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing a ticket, sponsorship, or add-on (“Registration”) to the Bet On Yourself Real Estate Investor Immersion (the “Event”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not register. These Terms apply to all offers, including General Admission, VIP, the Speaker Day add-on, and all Sponsorship tiers.

2. All Sales Are Final — No Refunds

All Registrations are non-refundable and non-cancellable. This includes General Admission, VIP, the Speaker Day add-on, and all Sponsorship tiers.

This applies regardless of the reason, including but not limited to: schedule conflicts, travel disruptions, illness, changes in personal or business circumstances, visa or travel document issues, or failure to attend.

We are able to keep pricing accessible and secure venue, catering, and speaker commitments in advance precisely because Registrations are final. Costs are incurred on your behalf well before the Event date. Please do not register unless you are certain you can attend.

3. Ticket Transfers

While Registrations are non-refundable, you may transfer your Registration to another person, subject to the following:

  • Transfer requests must be submitted in writing to [EMAIL] no later than 14 days before the Event (by September 30, 2026).
  • Transfers requested after that deadline cannot be accommodated, as badges, catering, and materials are finalized.
  • The recipient must agree to these Terms.
  • VIP, Speaker Day, and Sponsorship Registrations may not be split or partially transferred. They transfer only in full.
  • Transfers are permitted once per Registration.
  • Registrations may not be resold above the original purchase price, or through third-party ticket marketplaces.

4. No Guarantee of Results — Educational Content Only

The Event is educational and informational in nature. Nothing presented at the Event, in Event materials, or in Event marketing constitutes financial, investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice.

  • We make no guarantee, representation, or warranty regarding any financial or investment outcome. Your results depend on your own effort, capital, experience, market conditions, risk tolerance, and factors outside anyone's control.
  • Any figures, portfolio values, returns, deal results, or earnings mentioned by the Organizer, speakers, sponsors, or attendees are illustrations of individual experience and are not typical, expected, or guaranteed results. Most people who attend educational events do not replicate the results of the presenters.
  • Real estate investing involves substantial risk, including the risk of total loss of capital. Past performance does not indicate future results.
  • Speakers present their own opinions and strategies. The Organizer does not endorse, verify, audit, or guarantee any claim, figure, strategy, or offer made by any speaker, sponsor, or attendee.
  • You should consult your own licensed attorney, CPA, and financial advisor before making any investment decision.

You are solely responsible for your own decisions and results.

5. Speaker Day Add-On (VIP Only)

  • The Speaker Day add-on is available exclusively to VIP ticket holders and is strictly limited to 10 seats.
  • If you purchase the Speaker Day add-on without a valid VIP Registration, we will contact you to either upgrade to VIP or issue a refund of the Speaker Day add-on only — this is the sole refund exception in these Terms.
  • Speaker Day is a casual, informal session. Speaker attendance and participation are not guaranteed and may change without notice.

6. Agenda, Speakers & Venue Changes

  • The agenda, speakers, sessions, format, and venue are subject to change without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver a comparable experience.
  • No individual speaker's attendance is guaranteed. Speaker cancellations, substitutions, or schedule changes do not entitle you to a refund, credit, or transfer.
  • Session times, breakout topics, and event flow may be adjusted at our discretion.

7. Photography, Video & Media Release

By attending the Event, you grant the Organizer an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to photograph, film, record, and livestream you, and to use your name, likeness, image, voice, and any statements you make at the Event, in any medium and for any purpose — including marketing, promotion, social media, courses, and future events — without further notice, approval, compensation, or credit.

If you do not wish to appear in Event media, you must notify staff in writing at check-in. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate you, but we cannot guarantee exclusion from wide shots, crowd footage, or livestreams.

Attendee recording: You may take personal photos and short video clips. You may not record full sessions (audio or video), livestream sessions, or distribute, sell, or publish Event content without our prior written consent.

8. Intellectual Property

All Event content — presentations, slides, workbooks, frameworks, recordings, and materials — is the intellectual property of the Organizer or the respective speaker, and is provided for your personal, individual use only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, teach, publish, or create derivative works from Event content without prior written permission. Session recordings provided to VIP attendees are licensed to you personally and may not be shared, resold, or posted publicly.

9. Sponsor & Attendee Data

By registering, you consent to the following:

  • Your name, company, and email address may be shared with Event sponsors and partners, who may contact you about their products and services.
  • Sponsors may scan your badge at the Event. Scanning your badge is voluntary and constitutes your consent to share your contact information with that sponsor.
  • You may opt out of sponsor data sharing at any time by emailing [EMAIL] before the Event, or by declining badge scans on site.
  • Sponsors are contractually required to handle your information in compliance with applicable law, including CAN-SPAM. We are not responsible for a sponsor's use of your data once shared.

10. Code of Conduct

The following will result in removal from the Event without refund:

  • Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or abusive behavior of any kind
  • Unauthorized solicitation, pitching, or selling to attendees (sponsors have paid for that right; you have not)
  • Disruption of sessions or interference with other attendees' experience
  • Intoxication or behavior that endangers yourself or others
  • Violation of venue rules or applicable law

The Organizer reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse entry to or remove any person from the Event for any reason, without refund.

11. Assumption of Risk & Limitation of Liability

You attend the Event at your own risk. You are responsible for your own safety, belongings, travel, and conduct. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • The Organizer's total liability to you for any claim arising from the Event shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for your Registration.
  • The Organizer is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including lost profits, lost investment opportunities, lost business, or investment losses.
  • The Organizer is not liable for travel or lodging costs, personal injury, illness, property loss or theft, or the acts of third parties, including venue staff, other attendees, sponsors, or speakers.
  • The Organizer is not responsible for any transaction, partnership, investment, or agreement you enter into with any other attendee, speaker, or sponsor. Do your own due diligence.

12. Travel & Lodging

Travel, lodging, transportation, and meals not expressly included in your Registration are your own responsibility and expense.

We strongly recommend you do not book non-refundable travel or lodging until your Registration is confirmed. The Organizer is not responsible for travel or lodging costs under any circumstances, including event cancellation, postponement, or change of venue.

13. Cancellation, Postponement & Force Majeure

If the Organizer cancels the Event outright and does not reschedule it, we will, at our sole discretion, issue either a credit toward a future event or a refund of the Registration fee paid (excluding third-party processing fees). This is our maximum liability and our sole obligation to you.

If the Event is postponed, rescheduled, relocated, or converted to a virtual or hybrid format — including for reasons of force majeure — your Registration will be honored for the rescheduled or modified event, and no refund will be issued.

Force majeure includes any event beyond our reasonable control: acts of God, severe weather, natural disaster, fire, flood, epidemic or pandemic, public health emergency, government order or restriction, act of terrorism, war, civil unrest, strike, labor dispute, venue closure or failure, utility or infrastructure failure, or transportation disruption.

In no case is the Organizer liable for your travel, lodging, or other costs.

14. Sponsorship Terms (Sponsors Only)

In addition to all Terms above, Sponsors agree:

  • Sponsorship fees are non-refundable and non-cancellable. Benefits are delivered as described at the time of purchase.
  • Logo and brand assets must be submitted by the deadline we provide. Late submissions may result in omission from printed signage, marketing materials, or the event program, without refund or reduction in fee. Print deadlines are firm.
  • You grant the Organizer a license to use your name, logo, and brand assets in Event marketing, on the Event website, on signage, and in related promotion.
  • Exhibit tables are assigned at the Organizer's discretion. You are responsible for staffing your table and for your own materials, equipment, and shipping.
  • Sponsors may not sublicense, resell, share, or transfer their sponsorship, table, or benefits to another company without our prior written consent.
  • Attendee lead lists (where included in your tier) contain only attendees who have not opted out. We do not guarantee a minimum number of leads, attendees, or any return on your sponsorship investment. No attendance figure is guaranteed.
  • Sponsors must comply with the Code of Conduct and all venue rules. Solicitation outside your designated space may result in removal without refund.
  • VIP and Speaker Day access included in a sponsorship tier is non-transferable and limited to the number of persons specified in that tier.
  • The Organizer reserves the right to decline or terminate any sponsorship whose brand, conduct, or messaging it deems inconsistent with the Event, with a pro-rata refund at our sole discretion.

15. Payment & Chargebacks

  • All Registrations are processed through our payment provider. You are responsible for any bank, card, or currency fees.
  • Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a non-refundable Registration is a breach of these Terms. We will contest such disputes with a copy of these Terms and your acceptance record.
  • If a chargeback is filed, we reserve the right to cancel your Registration, deny entry to the Event, and recover our costs, including chargeback fees and reasonable collection or legal costs.

16. Discount & Promotional Codes

  • Promotional codes, including speaker codes, apply only to the offers specified, cannot be combined with other offers, and expire on the date stated.
  • Codes have no cash value and cannot be applied retroactively to a completed purchase.
  • We reserve the right to void any code obtained or used fraudulently, or distributed outside its intended channel.

17. Communications

By registering, you consent to receive Event-related communications from the Organizer, including logistics, updates, and marketing. You may unsubscribe from marketing at any time, but you will continue to receive essential Event logistics communications while your Registration is active.

18. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Event shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Hampshire, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.

19. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Organizer regarding the Event, superseding any prior communications, marketing statements, or representations.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The version in effect on the date of your Registration governs your purchase.
