Creative Financing Mastermind: Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to every purchase of The Estate and The Clubhouse seats in the Creative Financing Mastermind with Michael Ketchen, held February 12–14, 2027 in Arizona.

1. Cancellation & refund policy

You may cancel your seat by giving written notice by email to [email protected] at least 30 days before the mastermind begins, no later than January 13, 2027. Cancellations received by that date are eligible for a refund.

Cancellations received after January 13, 2027, and no-shows, are not eligible for any refund. Notice is effective on the date we receive your email.

2. What each seat includes

The Clubhouse ($5,000): 3 days of creative financing mastermind for all asset classes, a round of golf in AZ, and curated dinners with Michael Ketchen. Lodging is on your own.

The Estate ($8,500): everything included in The Clubhouse, plus a stay during the mastermind at Michael Ketchen's private luxury Airbnb in Paradise Valley, AZ, and a ticket to the Waste Management Open in Phoenix. Limited to 5 seats.

3. Travel & expenses

Airfare, ground transportation, and personal expenses are not included unless stated above. Clubhouse members are responsible for their own lodging.

4. Schedule changes

Venues and itinerary details will be confirmed by our team after purchase and may change due to circumstances outside our control. If we cancel the mastermind, you will receive a full refund.

5. Educational purpose

The mastermind is educational. Nothing shared is financial, legal, or tax advice, and no specific results or returns are promised.
